Warranty Claims

Goods supplied by Renewable Components Limited, are covered by a two year warranty, subject to the following conditions:

1. The system has been installed in accordance with the provided instructions, by a competent person who fully understands the function of each part of the system.
2. The system has been checked, and deemed to be functioning correctly on initial start up.
3. Any faults which develop within the warranty period, are reported to Renewable Components Limited, and the system shut down immediately to prevent further damage, or indeed a dangerous situation occurring. Renewable Components Limited will not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by not following these instructions.
4. Any faulty parts are returned to Renewable Components within three months of any fault developing, for analysis and repair, or replacement, if the component cannot be repaired, we reserve the right to offer different products as replacement parts, but they will have the same function as the originals.
5. All returned parts must be in their original condition, as supplied by Renewable Components Ltd, and must not have been dismantled, or altered in any way, otherwise the warranty will be void.
6. If it is found that the components were being used outside their operating parameters, or altered in any way, resulting in their, or the systems failure, they, and the system, will not be covered by the warranty.
7. These clauses do not affect your statutory rights.
